8.0.117, released November 15, 2022
- Pay UDF fields have been added to the Reports > Accounting > Daily Income report areas.
- The system will now strip disallowed symbols when creating Codes (e.g. grouping codes, interest codes, etc.).
- Fixed 'Missing Registration' and 'Abandoning Changes' messages that displayed when deleting a registration under certain conditions.
- Fixed errors when trying to set up codes for a validated Instructor UDF.
- Fixed an 'Object LOBIZ is not found' error when adding a new code on Credentials.
- Fixed errors with the pyoriginal field when archiving courses.
- Fixed an issue with saving changes to a report if modifying the report from the Module > Invoices > View Invoice Detail area.

- Two new fields have been added to the Password Maintenance screen to show when a staff member last logged into an ACEweb Admin routine and the Staff Web Access. Note, will also require ACEweb version .071.
- You can now clone a Package type course and it will also clone the child courses.
- A new Ad Hoc Dates button on the Course screen allows you to set custom dates for the course.
- Fixed an issue on the Course screen when using the Next/Previous button to navigate beween courses. The Account Code was not showing if the code is inactive.
- Fixed an issue with the Demographic Summary report that was mistakenly showing the Show Me the Money option when the query did not reference course or registration data.
- Fixed an issue with the Search Queries for Field tool that was cutting off the example.
- Fixed an issue with making partial payments to a group and chosing the Equally option.
- Fixed a "Missing Operand" error with the F4 Find Registration tool that would be returned when running some custom conditions.
- Fixed a 'Data Type Mismatch' error when running the F7 Pay Grabber report and removing specified AW-Pending payments.
- Fixed an issue when disabling the Print Cert Date on Registration Preferences that was not disabling the field.
- The Title and other fields were lengthened in the F5 Person Locator tool.
- Fixed an issue with the ShowGCode() function that wasn't trimming descriptions.
- The Email Link to Pay Group Balance button is now hidden if the group doesn't have a balance due.
- Fixed an issue with the Certificate Wizard that was not skipping names with credential titles under certain conditions.
8.0.115, released September 7, 2022
- A new pyoriginal field in the Pay table stores the ID and course code of the orginial registration when the payment is refunded to Escrow. The new field can be used in reports to pull in the original course or person.
- The Import Catalog Record tool now checks for duplicates.
- Assigning a Proxy now asks if you want to assign the Proxy to all registrations in a group.
- An 'Email Link to Pay Group Balance' button has been added to the Registration screen for staff to email a link to pay for the registration group via ACEweb Payment Status page. Note this feature will not be fully supported until ACEweb .071 has been released.
- When refunding a payment to the Proxy, Student Manager now stamps a note with the proxy's Name into the Registration Note field.
- The Instructor's Courses Taught list can now be sorted by any field in the list. Click on the column header to sort the list.
- You can now mass change the Allow Waitlist value on courses using the Mass Change/Update/Delete/Archive tool.
- You can now choose staff member(s) to BCC when sending various emails from Student Manager.
- The Reports menu now has a link to the Report Area Guide in the Online Help.
- The Pay screen now has a tabbed interface, with the Additional Info now on the Additional Info tab.
- The Code Area Cleanup tool now includes Catalog Codes.
- The Code Area Cleanup tool now includes Family Types.
- Fixed an 'Variable DEFTABLE' error when changing the name of an unlimited UDF.
- Fixed an issue with the DUE variable in the Deadbeat report area not including any Additional Charges in the amount.
- Fixed an issue with Fee Active being set to 0 days when adding fees to new courses.
- Fixed a 'Function, argument value, type, or count is invalid' error when canceling a course and refunding to Escrow.
- Fixed an issue with the Findint() function if used in Transcripts that was not returning any records.
- SQL Only: fixed a 'Variable RGID not found' error when refunding or transferring to Escrow.

- Updated the Name Demographic Summary report to run faster when including course fields in the query.

- You can now refund to the proxy's Escrow account.
- The Registration/Payment Group ID is now displayed on the Additional Notes window.
- Drop down lists have been lengthened on the F2-Course Search/Quick Enrollments report.
- You can now select the students to include on Attendance Rosters ran from Course Quick Reports.
- You can now select the students to include when sending Mass Merge Email to Class ran from Course Quick Reports.
- The Do not display courses on ACEweb box will no longer be checked by default when creating Grouping Codes.

- The Gateout plugin has been updated to include pay group ID, department, account, and ACEweb URL (in System Preferences) when sending credit card information to the Payment Service. Requires an updated gateout.fxp. Contact your ACEware technician for a copy.
- Switched the OK and Cancel buttons on the Report's Printing Options screen to match other reporting screens.
- Fixed an issue with the F4-Find Registrations that was not letting you reference Name UDFs in Custom Conditions.
- VFP Only: fixed an issue when deleting Name Interest Codes that would lock up table so you couldn't run the Pack/Reindex tool.
- VFP Only: fixed an issue with the F7-Pay Grabber that would not find deleted records when the Only Deleted Payments box is checked.
- Fixed an issue with the ShowCode() report function that would fail under certain conditions.
- Fixed an issue in reports where the Additional Charge amount was being rounded to the nearest dollar (e.g. 157.50 to 158).

- Updated the Archive feature to suppress the Course is Locked message when navigating between registrations for the course.
- Updated the Code Editor to show more options in the Code Type drop down list.
- Updated the FEES code types in the Code Editor to show full description in the Search window.
- Resized the Fee Description field to show the full description on the course Fees tab.
- Updated some of the labels on the course Fees tab to be more consistent between the Main and Other Fees sections.
- Moved the course record's Begin Date day of week designation to the right of the Begin Date field (it had accidentally been moved next to the End Date).
- Fixed an issue with the course record's Department and Main Fees that wouldn't let you abandon creation of a new code when clicking the + button.
- Fixed an issue when viewing archived registrations that caused the Next and Previous navigation buttons to be disabled.
- Fixed an "SQL Column not found" error with the FINDINT() function when used in the Deadbeat report area.
- Fixed an issue with the GTPAID() function that was not including billing type payments when the 3rd parameter was set to true.
- Fixed an "Object LOBIZ is not found" error when changing the Catalog Code on a course record.
- Fixed an "API call caused an exception" error when starting Student Manager, if the Email Password field on the My User Profile screen had a value.
- Fixed a "String or binary data would be truncated" error when closing the My User Profile screen, if the Email Password field had a value.
8.0.110, released April 4, 2022
- Updated the Email routine to send the user's email credentials if your Email server requires it. This requires you to enter your email address and password on Edit > My User Profile.
- Updated the XFRX PDF Writer. This feature requires updated XFRX files, located on our Tools website.
- Updated the Courses Taken list to include the Registration Fee Description.
- Updated permissions for Catalog records to allow adding but not editing if Course Level (on user's Password Maintenance record) is 2.
- Updated the Export to XLSX format tool to run faster when exporting a large number of records.
- Updated the Transfer Payment tool to remove the note about needing the name ID or course Code since they are no longer needed when transferring payments.
- Fixed an issue when cloning courses that caused the Fee Active date to be set to course begin date instead of the current date.
- Fixed an "Alias Course not found" error when running Workshop Rosters.
- Fixed issues with editing Codes that wasn't properly combining records.
- Fixed a "File csrcoursere.dbf does not exist" error when running Name or Attendance Rosters from course Quick reports.
- Fixed an issue that asked if you wanted to Abandon changes to a registration under certain conditions, when no changes were made to the registration.
- Fixed an issue with the Show Registration Draw list on Add/Edit Codes that was cutting off Names (VFP) or Firms (SQL).
- Fixed an issue with the Brief Name Entry feature adding the Name record but not enrolling the person in the cousre.
- Fixed an issue with the Deactivate Names tool that would deactivate name record when you clicked the Cancel button to cancel the routine.
- SQL Users: fixed an "Invalid column name nclasmax" error when mass registering students.
- SQL Users: fixed an issue with the eDates variable used in Registration Receipt Email templates that would return "bad date"0, 0 if the course begin date is empty.
8.0.109, released March 7, 2022
- Added additional registration and registration UDF fields to the Workshop Roster report area.
- The registration table's RGTOTALPD field will now be marked as True when a registration is fully paid, and the PAID designation will be shown on the Registration record (under the Balance Due value).
- The Limit Member Discounts optional module has been updated to show the Max number of discounts the registrant can receive and the Remaining discounts left on the Membership registration. To support this, the RGCLASMAX field has been added to the Register table.
- Added oAuth Authentication support for the office365 SMTP server. This feature requires updated Mailkit files AND registering the app. Contact your ACEware technician for more information.
- Lengthened the Fee Description display on course Fees tab, course fees Show All, and Registration record Fee to accomodate the longer Fee Descriptions.
- Fixed a "Command contains unrecognized phrase/keyword" error when encrypting the NMCODE2 field on Name records.
- Fixed an issue with the Also Output As option being available under certain conditions when the Export to File box is checked.
- Fixed a "Variable LINCLUDE is not found" error when sending Building Specific Emergency Emails.
- Fixed an issue with the Enrollment Open date on the course record not saving when you selected the date from the Date Picker.
- Fixed an issue with the Email Link to Pay Outstanding feature on the Name record that was including canceled and waitlisted registrations.
- Fixed an issue with the course Student List feature that was truncating longer Fee names when the changes were saved.
- Fixed a issue that would generate a "Command contains unrecognized phrase/keyword." error under certain conditions when editing the Firm record's'/url] address.
- Fixed an "Alias ‘CSRMISSING’ is not found." error when running The Catch All cleanup tool.
- SQL Users: updated the GRPSTUD() report function to improve performance.
- SQL Users: fixed an SQL error when switching to the Archive then trying to access Certificates from course Quick Reports.
- SQL Users: fixed an "'[Username] must be created with SELECT...INTO TABLE." error when emailing certificates.

- Hybrid and Certificate Date have been added to the course Student List.
- The Fee Active date can be set when creating main and optional fees on the course Mass Change/Update/Delete/Archive tool.
- You can now add a Reports > Courses > Generate Catalog Copy report to Favorite Reports.
- Added the COLOGFIRST field to the course ACEweb Info tab, for use with Express Registration templates or other custom routines. Users must log into their Name Account before they can view the course status page.
- A Hybrid Name Roster report has been added to our Student Manager Reports web site. It can be used for Hybrid type courses to sort by Physical/Virtual attendees.
- You can now use up to 3 characters for ID prefixes, as set on Edit > Preferences > Org Defaults tab.
- Added a Member Code Drop Down list to the Mass Change/Update/Delete/Archive tool.
- Fixed an issue where it wasn't consistenly opening web pages in the user's Preferred Browser preference, set on System Preferences.
- Fixed an issue with the Limit Member Discount module that wasn't excluding Cancelled and Waitlisted registrations.
- Fixed an issue with the 'Also Send me a Copy' box was not staying checked when sending a Quick email to class from course Quick Reports.
- Fixed a 'No table is open in the current work area' error when right-clicking the Coordinator field on the Course record.
- Fixed an issue with the F7 Pay Grabber tool that would delete valid payments as well as AW-Pending records if choosing to remove Pending records.
- Fixed an 'Operator/Operand typy mismatch' error when accessing Module > Codes.
- Fixed an issue with the Emergency Email tool that would send emails to all instructors rather than just from the selected courses.
- Fixed an 'Alias CSRMISSING' error when running the Catchall Cleanup tool.
- Fixed errors when running the F10 Membership Retention Wizard.
- Fixed an issue with Student Manager not expiring a membership if you manually canceled the Membership type registration.
- Fixed an issue when editing Department Codes that would not show codes in alphabetical order when using the Next and Previous buttons.
- Fixed an issue with the Gateout.fxp that was not respecting the user's Preferrred Browser set on Edit > Preferences > System tab. Requires an updated gateout.fxp.
- SQL Version: Fixed a 'File firm.dbf does not exist' error when running the Reports > Statistics >Firms Represented report.
8.0.107, released January 5, 2022
- You can bring up the Outstanding Invoices screen on Student Manager startup to see unpaid invoices. To enable this new feature, check the Show Outstanding Invoices on Startup? box on Pay Preferences.
- You can now add registration information to the Email Link to Pay Outstanding email template (LINK2PAYOUT). Note, when updating to Student Manager 107, the LINK2PAYOUT template will be updated with registration information fields for you (course title, dates, time, location, amount due and paid for each registration included in the email).
- Updated the ShowTF report function to show On/Off based on whether a logical field is checked/unchecked.
- The Catch All tool now cleans up duplicate Room Use records.
- New Optional Module: Limit Member Discounts allows you to set how many times a student can receive the Member rate on registrations. E.g. set it to 3 and the student can receive the Member rate for 3 registrations only. Afterward, they must pay full price. - Fixed an issue where the Publish Date wasn't showing on the ACEweb Info tab for Online type courses that had begin/end dates entered.
- Fixed an SMTP 'address cannot be an empty string' error some customers were getting when emailing certificates separately.
- Fixed an issue with adding new membership type courses. You would get a popup a message that the fee didn't have a member code reference and it would not allow you to save the new course.
- Fixed a 'Command Contains unrecognized phrase/keyword' error if entering a name with an apostrophe in it into the FullName field on Student Manager user records.
- Fixed a 'Property LADDING is not found' error when adding a new firm on the fly to an Instructor record.
- Fixed an 'RGPTCERT is not found' error when trying to send quick email to class from course Quick Reports.
- Fixed a 'variable RGCRSEFEE is not found' error when trying to print the course Student List.
- Fixed an issue with the REGISTER: Tracking Codes code type disappearing from the list under certain conditions.
- Fixed an 'Object LOBIZ is not found' error when trying to clone a room (Module > Courses > Clone Room).
- Fixed an 'Variable CINTRO is not found' error when using an email template that referenced the ##shoupcls()## function with the ## delimiters.
- Fixed an issue that would create duplicates under certain conditions when adding a prerequisite or related item to a catalog record.
- Fixed an issue that would not allow you to delete a prerequisite or related item on a catalog record.
- Fixed an issue that would not allow to add or edit Coupon type fees.
- Fixed an issue that would blank the Fee Active date on course Fees tab if you changed the course Begin Date.
- Fixed an issue where the Sender Name/Email address would change to the From Name
listed in the Email Settings when sending emails if you previously ran any tool that checked for other users logged in (e.g. Show Users or Pack/Reindex). - SQL Users: fixed an SQL error when querying for a value in a Memo type field.
